Thank you sis. I don’t stay with my child full time , my mom takes care of him because my university is a bit far from home. I could work but my degree requires too much of my attention that’s it’s hard finding the balance. I find it easier to navigate my life when I’m with my son but everytime I am away It affects me 10x more.
Honestly I dropped out of college at 18 pregnant thought this is going to be awful, I went through a couple of pub jobs and other stuff now I’m 22 have an amazing job and a brilliant 4 year old with a second on their way
Hey babe Message me directly so we can talk x
I promise you we’re all internally drowning but know we’re doing it for our babies. I’m not a single mom but I’m in school, work, and take care of the baby since we don’t believe in putting her in daycare. Some days are easy and some days make me want to crawl in bed and cry. There’s always light at the end of the tunnel but it’s going to be mentally challenging. What’s helped me is getting myself on a routine, going to bed at a decent time and most importantly reminding myself why I’m doing this. This economy requires a two person household income if you want something nice so while my husband makes good money I still need to get my degree. I hope it gets better for you 🫶🏼
