I’m not in your area, but I’m just here to say NEVER pay money up front unless you have a signed contract from both parties stating a payment plan. that’s not a good way to do business at all and it just xcreams scam

@Sierra girl yes I was coming to say the same thing. Make sure you get a detailed written contract both parties sign it and then you could pay upfront. Sad We live in a world where people are always scamming somebody.
