Yes you can be excused for this just give them a call.
You can email them a photo of your baby’s birth certificate and be excused as a caregiver. I literally just did this 2 days ago and have been pardoned for 2 years and then I can do the same again. They emailed me back same day.
I was excused. Just follow the directions for responding and explain the situation.
@Juliette did you have to submit the form as well? They say something about section h... I am a bit nervous because I don't want to physically go in with my child and have them charge me ( which I read can happen but idk how true).

I did this recently, and all I had to do was call the number and explain my situation. She then gave me an email address and told me what to write to it, and it was all taken care of.
@Sara it is no longer a questionnaire but a summons. I will try and reach out to them tomorrow. I hope is simple as emailing the birth certificate. Which, honestly they have access too. But I get it.

@Rebekah did they let you know it was taken care of with a confirmation email. Because I also don't want them to say I tried to evade responding. I am just an anxious person already so the unknown sucks
