What are some good questions to ask when on a nursery tour visit?
We have our first set of tours coming up for our 16 month old, who we’re looking to put in nursery soon. I wanna feel prepared and I’ve come up with a few, but would love some experienced parents advice Xx

Are they currently fully staffed? What has their staff turnover been like in the last couple of years? How do they deal with staff absence? How do they deal with behaviour? Where do the children sleep? How often do the children play outside? Ask to see their menu
