My little girl is 5 months old recently and ent back on my medication your not alone always up for meeting I have pushed myself to get out more on my own because none of my friends have babies or even little kids tbh I am proud of myself of how much I do get out even when my anxiety is bad I feel soo much better pushing myself as I don’t feel guilty if I have one day out the week at home x
