Settling in sessions

I work in a nursery so my little boy went in for settles when I went in for my keeping in touch days so he had more, I think it was 9/10. But we offer three as a minimum. 30-60 minutes where the parent stays in the room with the child and goes through all the paper work. An hour where the parents stays in reception or in their car so they are close if needed and then a two hour settle where the parent can go and then comes back after. X

We had 3, they was 1 hour, 1.5 hours & 2 hours

We did four “stay and play” sessions, then two weeks of little one just going in the mornings, before he started his full hours

We did 1 hour per day for 3 days but because of sickness my son only did 2 days and 2 hours.

We’ve got 9 settling sessions 😀 (1 settling and induction then the 8 are settling) 2 hours morning and afternoon sessions across 2 months x
