Gym
Im 16 months postpartum and have put on a lot of weight during maternity.
With a toddler and a husband who works full time, i know i won’t have time to go gym daily hence why i don’t want to do a monthly membership. Are there any gyms in the area that does pay as you go on the days you can just walk in and use the gym? Most website just show pay monthly x

Virgin Active riverside have monthly membership with only 4 entries and then you can pay for the additional ones. It is not cheap, but cheaper than the full membership there
