Should I be concerned if baby has suddenly started moving a lot more than normal? 38+ 5

She’s always been a lazy baby… but I was in triage Wednesday due to my midwife thinking I had preeclampsia but baby’s heart rate was 180+ for nearly 3 hours and I ended up back Thursday and whenever she moved it was just as fast if not worse so now I panic

My midwife said it’s normal unless it feels like baby is thrashing! I had the same concern but they said it’s okay unless it feels very sharp/thrashing/panicked almost They are just totally out of room at this point haha.
