Were you working out before pregnancy?
Congrats on your pregnancy! It's great you're focusing on staying fit. For stronger arms, try light weightlifting or resistance bands with exercises like bicep curls and tricep dips. To safely build your core for labor, you can do modified planks and pelvic tilts. For glutes, squats, lunges, glute bridges, and donkey kicks are excellent.Always double-check with your healthcare provider before starting new exercises to make sure it’s safe for your pregnancy stage 💕💪🏽
Weight lifting!! But make sure you were already doing these types of exercises before pregnancy. It’s not recommended to start anything new while pregnant except for Pilates and yoga which are very now intensity. Weight lifting is a little more high intensity.
