Prenatal Recommendations?
I hate my prenatal. It's huge and smells nasty. I gag almost every time I take it. There is no way I can continue to take these throughout the whole pregnancy 😩

I take the Alive prenatal gummies and just take an iron supplement with them. The pills make me gag.
Olly also makes a pill that’s pretty small!

I am the same way I need a new prenatal. Just took mine an hour ago and I keep burping up the awful flavor. I have the reddish brown ones in pill form and they are gag
