Core hours

I currently work on nicu as a staff nurse and my matron isnt being helpful with shifts for childcare. I’m not the only one struggling, it seems there are few of us with young kids and childcare issues. I think moving to a job with part time core hours would work better. Any paediatric nurses on here that have core hour jobs (9-5) i’m just looking for ideas please
