New fitness group👭

Hey guys, as a new mum who’s body has drastically changed since pregnancy I’ve been wanting some community and group of mum friends to share and talk about motherhood with as well as do some fitness with as I haven’t been quite an active person. I’m looking to start a new mums fitness club around the Gateshead and Newcastle area. If this is something you’d be interested in comment below some thoughts and ideas 😊

Hi Rachael! I’m due in December, but I’ve been trying to stay active by doing Pilates and some strength training at home, so I’d love to be a part of a fitness club!
