Yep, unfortunately only for both parents and what makes it worse is you each have to earn over £15,000 a year (I could be slightly wrong on this figure), so my little boy doesn't qualify for it because even though my partner earns around £32,000, I only earn £10,000 because I can't get regular childcare other than when my partner has days off. It's such an unfair system, we're not able to earn the £15,000 without putting our children into nursery for 15 hours a week. I'm sure it's a system designed to not be used by most or designed for us to fail x
@Nadine if your work agrees to up your hours (or get new job from in Jan), you can get the 15hr in January. When you confirm eligibility, you have that first month. When I applied for this September, it asked if Im working or will be working by the end of September, if that makes sense
