Hi - has your free hours been applied to September invoice - we were asked to pay ussual amount and they said , nursery would proceed with a refund if needed in october month invoice ? Just trying to understand if its smth usual

My baby goes to nursery 3 times a week and i think it seems like big miss communication atm - as i had to pay full invoice again , and no one has ever said anything , i had to chase things up, kinda annoyed bcuz having 15 hrs free makes a difference
