Stretches/work outs

I am 22weeks and work a full time job where I stand over 90% of my day. And my hips and muscles are sore. Part of it from what I have been told is my hips adjusting to be able to give birth and I should do some stretches but I don't know what ones are safe to do or what videos are recommended like on YouTube. And links or suggestions are appreciated

I did these my last pregnancy! https://youtube.com/@pregnancyandpostpartumtv?si=3kelwu05APCHhDID

Better than me 😭 I work part time and I’m just in so much pain it’s ridiculous and I just want to stop 😭, kudos to you🩷

@Imani it's insanely hard. I am waiting on my husband to get through the 90day period at his job then I am going to reduce my hours before he is due

@Kassidi thank you!

Get a pregnancy belt. It has been helping me a lot.

I’m a full time photographer and shoot between 8-10 hours on my feet- and also work out about 1.5-2 hours 4-5 times a week because job is so physical… I haven’t been having hardly any pain etc- mainly just the feel of round ligament stretching- but to be honest I train in aerial and was very strong before.. but all that to say.. there is a ton you can do while pregnant- don’t let apps- etc/ scare you… I’m still doing high intensity workouts , climbing to the ceiling and flipping upside down… snatching 25 lbs etc.. now having said that I did it all before for years leading up. For starters tho the more you strengthen your muscles and workout the better off this is going to be for you- foam rolling as well- I would also highly suggest getting into pelvic floor therapy.. there are a lot of pregnancy based workout apps you can try- sweat being one of them- I would just a start at a more beginner/ base level if you have no experience in working out before

You also need to do stretches and workouts to mobilize and help your SI joint
