Yes, I felt this way in pregnancy. I think it can feel especially lonely if you’re the first of your friends/ siblings to have a baby - is this the case for you? I’d recommend signing up antenatal classes. I met a fantastic group of other women in the late stages of our pregnancies and we’ve been an invaluable support to each other since our babies were born and beyond. I’d just say from my experience try to keep your chin up ❤️ I felt so lonely through pregnancy but now my daughter is 11 months old and we have so many new people on our lives who we can relate to.

@Ellie Thank you so much - my friends all had their babies a long time ago, so I'm not the first, but I'm definitely in a different phase to them. Will look at the classes,thank you 🧡

Hi there. I also feel like it’s a lonely experience myself. Seems like people don’t check on you, and/or invite you to go out anymore. It has been a confusing experience for me. But I got to meet some 2 moms that have been so present in my life and it feels great. I believe the suggestion above of joining some class would be great! Good luck on your journey! And don’t let those feelings get in the way of this amazing phase of your life 🩷

@Pamella Vis thank you 🧡
