Hey lovely you need to pay from your tax free childcare account. Sign in to your government gateway account. Make sure you've added your funds to cover. Then you need to step payment (automatic or one off) add the amount, date and submit. You need about 48hrs before funds clear to make a payment. If there isn't enough funds it just won't pay and you'll need to login and setup a payment.
