I loooooove making okonomiyaki which is a Japanese cabbage pancake. Sooooo good, I made it for my mom and sister and they love it even tell me to save them some whenever I make it 🤣

We use bacon grease to fry our cabbage add the bacon pieces & sausage ( I prefer spicy ) salt , pepper & creole seasoning!
