Add it to ricotta cheese when boiled slightly and wilted, then stiff inside cannelloni tubes and cover with a tomato sauce and cheese - back until golden and the pasta is soft
Banana and spinach French toast
Spinach omelettes are a hit with mine!
Spinach just melts into whatever you’re adding it to as long as it’s hot. Chop it up and add it to anything. Or you can grab a handful of veggies and just juice everything. I do that to veggies/fruit that are just starting to go soft
Thanks ladies for all the ideas
Puff pastry, cream cheese, ham and spinach. Roll up and cut into in wheels and cook in the oven. My LO loves them x
I add it into fried eggs for breakfast
I chop it up and add it to any recipe I can. We do a lot of orzo and protein dishes, or curries. I’ll add it to pasta sauces too! I would also recommend following yummy toddler food or messybunmotherhood on insta! They both have a ton of muffins/pancakes etc! That you can add spinach to. ( or smoothies turned popsicles!)
