Advice please

I can’t live like this anymore I have no control nothing at all my mind is doing 360 my head feels like it’s going to explode my belly hurts my bones hurt my body aches my heart aches I’m drained I’m tired I’m everything. Everything is hard work brushing my teeth is hard getting out of bed is head doing everyday duties is hard being a mum is hard being a girlfriend is hard keeping my family together is hard keeping everyone happy is hard making myself happy is hard everything is hard and I’m tired of it being hard I’m tired of it all I can’t do it anymore everyday I tell myself it’s going to be okay everyday I tell myself it’s going to be a good day I’m going to get through better days are coming but coming where? Where are the better days I’m been waiting for the better days I’ve been in survival mode for so long that I am now drowning survival mode is no longer working i keep looking for someone to get me through it but no one’s gonna get me through it because the only person I have to is myself everyone has there own lives there own problems no one understands no one gets it they only get it to a certain extend I am tired of this life I no longer want to live this life I love my boys but I can’t be this person for them anymore I need to do better for them I have to do better for them

Ah sweetness, I get it. I get all of it. Number one, do not give up. I know the feeling when you have tried everything, having someone to talk to is possibly the saving grace. It’s hard work just living life, it’s tough. I used to be so mad at myself for being depressed for so long, i found doing courses in relationship to counselling helped me learn and understand a lot more. My brain is still broken and I have bad days but I can manage them. Have you got any local groups that could be helpful. I know it’s easier to say things will get better, but start small. That cup of coffee/tea you made yourself this morning. Did it taste amazing? Take the small wins, they build into bigger ones. I hope the world is kind to you xx

This!! Definitely reach out to your doctor. You can also self refer to talking therapies and prioritised with young children so at heart you also have a neutral outlet. Lots us love 😘 being a mum is a lot especially with everything else on top xx
