Kidstrong?

Do your kids go to Kidstrong? If so, do they like it? I'm considering a membership for my 2yr old boy and 4yr old girl, but I wonder if it's worth the co$t.

I go with my son and really like it. I hate that it’s expensive at it is for only being able to go once a week. If you have a lifetime fitness near you, I would at least tour that before deciding, especially with multiple kids. Adult memberships are ridiculous but it balances out because a kids membership is only $50 per and it’s unlimited classes and daily childcare/child play up to 2.5hrs. It was a game changer for my sister, son, and nephew this summer. And I was genuinely surprised by the class offerings. He’s going to do martial arts and gymnastics and tumbling this fall. They have a cheerleading and basketball option. Classes start at 3 (or I imagine maybe 2 if you push for it). They do have a few mommy and me classes for up to 3 yo. The one thing I do like about kidstrong is that it is mommy and me at the toddler age, not sure til what age. The summer classes at lifetime as far as I could tell were fairly informal so I’m curious to see how the fall ones are

Supposedly the fall ones are progressive and more formal.

But this was supposed to be about kidstrong. 😝 I do like it a lot. I just wish there was an option to go more often without additional cost. I can imagine it might be pretty Costly with 2 going… I love the idea of beginning to incorporate exercise into a normal part of our routine and encouraging them to keep going when it’s hard and they try to incorporate little life lessons, which is cute along with the daily awards.

They do offer a free trial so you can check it out and see how the kiddos do.

I just started taking my 2.5 year old! He’s only done one class so far but he liked it and has talked about it several times. He also goes to My Gym, so he’s somewhat used to a structure of a physical activity class.
