Me too!! I felt like I was going to a job interview I was so nervous 😅 x

I mean who cries when they are still in the room with the baby! 🤦🏻‍♀️ He cried because another baby cried and that set me off!

My sons on his second full day at nursery today before I go back to work next week 😫 It’s hard cos he cries when I pass him over but they send over pics and he looks like he’s having a great time! Although Monday I stressed out cos they only did a morning nap and he had a danger nap on the way home to make it to bed time but luckily he slept fine on the night still 🙈 How many days are is your little one going? X

It gets easier but I was the same as you! 😭 I’ve returned to work full time and I teared up with guilt at my desk the other day. This is my third week after going back from Mat leave 😭😫😖

@Amy My little man will be going 3 days a week as of 2nd Sept. He has settle sessions Tues - Fri next week for a few hours each day. I think I might have to dump and run rather than see any tears!

@Siobhán It suck’s so much doesn’t it!! 😢

My little one has his settle sessions next week… and I’m sure I’m going to cry my eyes out… we had a play and stay session and he didn’t even look back to see if I was there lol. So I know he will be fine it will be me who is the mess haha. X

My boy has had 2 settling sessions and I’ve cried both times 🫠 I hope it gets easier :(

@Emily I was pleased he was fine up to the point of the other baby crying! I think now I’ve done today some tension will hopefully have lifted and I’ll feel less like a mess next week!

@Lisa ahh least he’s got the settle sessions 😊 yep I would say the worst part is drop off, but not sure if your nursery sends photos but I found it deffo helps! Yep deffo run once handed over for sure, your LB might be okay though! X

@Lisa same as my boy! We’ll be going through it on the same days at the same time. Defo dump and run, that’s the plan. Then I’m going to sit in the park with my massive sunglasses on eating chocolate crying 😭

@Amy I think they use an app to upload photos and updates on everything he’s done / eaten / pooped 🤣

@Lydia I am heading to Costa to hide in a corner with cake and probably cry again 🤣🙈At least we will know we are both doing this!

@Lisa haha It makes you feel better when you see pics of them deffo! I found it does although he’s only been 2 days haha

I dumped… And ran and had no tears from me and he didn’t see me leave to cry! Now at Costa and feeling proud of myself!

@Amy Oh did you! 🥺 It’s so god damn hard and heartbreaking! He will get there ❤️ Mine is crying if other babies cry 🙈 but he isn’t crying himself if that makes sense, no real tears.
