Am I getting my hopes up?

I have PCOS and are still waiting for my periods to regulate however Thursday to Saturday I was having a very light pink discharge/stain on the tissue whenever I was going for a wee and then it stopped. I have had on and off cramping and awful nausea but I’m just unsure on whether the test below should be darker than it is as it’s a very faint line. However I just feel different I wanted peoples opinion as I’m a bit taken back and don’t want to get my hopes up. My LH test was slightly dark too.
