I used to go to the gym, but my tummy was still big. After a roller skating accident where I broke some bones, I switched to doing therapies at home. Surprisingly, I lost more inches around my tummy with home exercises compared to going to the gym. This happened when I focused on abs and core exercises, watching videos on TikTok and YouTube, and searching for deep core workouts. Strengthening your core really makes a difference! I now do it for 20 minutes daily. It def works but you have to be consistent. I only pick 2 or 3 exercises I am comfortable with and do it on repeat
I used to do my workouts watching growwithjo (has variations of workouts with and without weights also dancing videos too) & now I watch Sydney Cummings Houdshell (workouts with and without weights) and if on some days I do Pilates which Pilatesbodyraven is so greattt🥰
#getfitbyivana I do her butt and tummy workouts but now I just put on YT music and do them since I’ve memorised them all I like doing them to my own beat Also try to get out once a week for a physical class.
If you enjoy dancing, I definitely recommend Tara’s body. She’s a beast! You’ll get a great workout, while having fun.
I’ve been interested In yoga (again) but I haven’t actually gone and done any (as of yet) 😞but from the past, Beautiful Boho on YouTube is good yoga and medication if you’re into that ☺️
