I have been doing KIT days, doing one day a week until October and it has been ok! Glad I've done them, I feel less dread about going back full time. I find it nice to have time to myself even though it's work 😂

I'm due back end of November full time but I'm using my holiday days to gradually go back so December I'm working 2 days 1 week then 3 the following week ect and the rest of my holiday I've put into November and changed my end date of maternity. My job is only a full time role and they don't do phased returns so I've done my own, it was do it that way or id book the whole of December off. I'm also doing 10 kit days in total between July and October. Not going to lie it actually feels like I've had a break on my kit days 🤣

I’m currently back 2 days a week, then come the beginning of September 4 days. We took the transition slowly but my lg has the best time at the childminders and it gives me a little break (which is sometimes needed 🤣) but once you get back into work you’ll realise there is absolutely nothing to be anxious about. Your lo is in safe hands and the joy when they see you at the end of the work day is wonderful 🥰 definitely my favourite part of the day. Trust me as difficult as it maybe at first it will all be okay and work out ☺️

I work for the nhs doinf bank shifts so i can work around my partners job and its working really well. Yes im earning less than when i was full time but ots not forever and we have cut back big time. And 1 month in y so far so good xx
