Thank you! How does he do with the gnocchi? I’ve always been worried as it can get quite tacky and is obviously round!
No he’s great with it! It’s one of his faves. I cut it into two parts once it’s cooked with scissors and then he just chews it x
Mushroom stroganoff- mixed mushrooms, creme fraiche, low salt stock, mustard, lemon, onion garlic, paprika. Delicious. Also following on from above, I find pan fried gnocchi so much less claggy than boiled
Straight up give my boy cooked mushroom as is l. It shrinks as it cooks think English breakfast

We’ve done a creamy mushroom gnocchi a few times and my boy loves it! Just double cream in a pan with some veg stock. Then I add Oregano, parsley, cumin, coriander, and chilli powder but you can add anything. Cook for around 10 mins. Keep stirring. Then I add the mushroom and gnocchi. Cook for 5 mins they don’t take long x
