I like lemonade dolls. They’re not specifically maternity bras but they have a lot of support and no underwire which is basically what you need when your boobs are tender
I have enormous boobs when I'm not pregnant (typical bra is a 40G or H) and now I think they must be an I at 19 weeks. I had good luck ordering from KindredBravely.com. Their bras are super comfortable!
I'm a 38JJ and absolutely in LOVE with snag bras, they're wirefree but still super supportive and super comfortable too ❤️
I get all my bras from brastop.com cause they always have deals on, Curvy Kate is prob my favourite. M&S do a good range of larger cup sizes, Sainsbury’s also have some in larger sizes that are very soft and comfy.
They’re quite pricey but I used the Skims maternity bras throughout my pregnancy and now use them postpartum. They’re super soft and stretchy so they’ve really grown with me and now make breastfeeding so easy. Definitely a great investment if someone has the means.
I was also taking the same dosage of folic acid and vitamin D, it’s the best thing for u and baby and totally normal :)
I was told by my consultant to stay on folic acid 5mg right to the end as it helps baby. I’m 32 weeks now and still on it xx
I was prescribed a higher dose of folic acid and vit d and asprin throughout my pregnancy. I also got my maternity bras from ann summers new maternity range and they where very comfortable
@Ellie where did you get the 10 micrograms of Vitamin D? When I picked up the folic acid the pharmacist made it a lot more complicated and things before it needed to be x
@Amy I’m just very sore right now and there the most comfortable at the moment x
