I don’t think anyone tells you about this downside to being a mother. I had my 3rd baby in January this year and realised I had no1 to turn too compared to when I had my first 9 years ago.

I have said the exact thing. None of my friends have babies so ut can be hard. I make sure I get out for a walk every day even if it's just to the shops to speak to people and have started going to groups. I did not know how lonely it would be x

Yes I struggled with this when my first 2 were small. We loose a sense of identity with motherhood and we not told that who we were in a way does we birthed in to motherhood a whole new stage and with this we need to take the time to discover our truest self and build dreams and goals that align with who we are now. I'm actually doing FREE coaching in sep for mums feeling lost and getting back to connection and feeling empowered and passionate about our future aligned as a whole person and a mum.
