Pinwheel disaster!
Everytime I make pinwheels they have been raw in the middle, I have tried broccoli tomoato pure and cheese, and now jam. I cook it at what it recommends at 200 fan for 10-15 minutes in the middle shelf. I don’t know why it keeps doing this😭 can anyone help please? Pics in comments

I cook for around 20/25 mins when I do them, I also do them at 180° x

Can babies have shop bought jam? My girls about to turn 11 month and I’ve never tried her with it as I just assumed it had to much sugar?
