Vitamin D
My baby has just been diagnosed with a cows milk allergy and as I am breastfeeding and formula feeding I need to cut it out my diet and take vitamin d and calcium but have just been researching and it says breastfed babies need vitamin d drops, I never knew this. Do I need to give her the drops every time she’s breasted or is she okay because of the formula.

The health visitor gave us some vit d drops for our baby. We BF.
I had vit d drops in a baby box I ordered and it says on the bottle to give them one drop a day on the tip of your nip or tip of a clean finger
My baby is exclusively breastfed and I give her one drop a day
