All I have is…you’re doing great 😊 give yourself grace and do what you can one step at a time.
The first 6 months are the most tricky where your baby changes the most 😊 I would take it one day at a time. Try and get out once a day and talk to people even if it's a stranger in a shop
Don't worry about managing your feelings because you just gave birth 3 months ago talk to your GP (doesn't mean you need any medication but talking does really help ) and you're so brave taking care of the lo by yourself , don't sit at home and feel down , go to the park ,children center , you'll always meet new mums and it does help, in a few months baby can start swimming classes ... there is a lot to look forward to Give yourself time and make sure when baby's sleeping you focus on yourself even if it's 45min a day 🫂 🤗 💙
