Trying to convince second child
Hello. I’ve been trying to convince my second for what feels ages, (since September) we’ve had two very early miscarriages (one before Christmas and one in February)
It didn’t take this long with my first but still had two miscarriages before I caught.
I’m now on day 39 of my cycle and am yet to have a period. I have tested twice but nothing, how much longer do you think I should wait? Xx

It took me almost a year to conceive my second, whereas my first we conceived first month of trying! I had a chemical second time round too.. I hope it happens soon for you xx
Hi, I’m here if you want to chat. I’ve also been trying for 5 months now. Sorry to hear you’ve had miscarriages 😔 that must make you anxious too. I’m 38 so I can only presume it’s not happening due to my age. My periods are all over the place. I had a cycle of 28 days then the last one lasted 56 days! I was sure I was pregnant but noooo. I’ve been using ovulation strips etc but they aren’t working x
@Danielle just to say, don't give up hope, I'm 40, 41 next month and am 8 months pregnant now.. took almost a year to conceive this one. Good luck xx

Hi, feel free to send me a message. We’re in the same boat really, been trying a similar time to you and also had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. Once my cycle got to 42 days, all negative tests. I think trying messes with my head delaying my period, but not sure if that’s a thing 😅😂
