Black peppercorn, sea salt, iodized salt ( iodine is important for health), sour cream or Greek yogurt for some tang, black beans ( great starter for chili... And for other things)

Literally so much. What are you looking for? Like how detailed of a list haha I always keep a high quality olive oil and mid level olive oil on hand depending on what I’m using it for. You need your basic seasonings, my favorite is a lemon pepper because it can go on sooo much. I keep white vinegar, flour, white and brown sugar, baking soda and powder in the pantry, Worcestershire, soy, several mustards and ground mustard, chicken broth, in the fridge. I try to keep fresh lemons on hand too. Then I just have to buy the main ingredients when I cook meals because I have all the little things already. I also tend to keep rice, couscous, orzo, and other easy sides like that on hand to easily just grab chicken or something and have a full meal

Basics for weekly meals: Onions, carrots, broccoli, garlic, bell peppers, cilantro, avocado, limes, tomatoes, chicken, ground beef, steaks, sausage, yogurt, eggs, cheese Stuff I buy in bulk too like tomato paste, canned whole tomatoes, beans, rice, pasta. Stuff like that from Costco.

Bell peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, lime, ginger or turmeric, pepper, some type of boullion, stock (usually chicken) flour, complete seasoning, onion powder, eggs, angel hair pasta, olive oil, sausage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, honey, jasmine rice. I’m sure there’s more but that’s what I have for now. Lol

Black garlic , garlic pepper, sazon , adobo , onion powder, garlic powder, whatever sauce (Worcestershire) , cook up seasoning
