Home workout ideas

I’m finding it so difficult to actually get to the gym consistently so I’m looking for workout ideas I can do at home. I have some equipment, resistance bands, skipping rope and a kettle bell. Does anyone know where I can find good 20-30 minute workouts with these items?

Download body by ciara app

Have you tried the Sweat app? Kayla Itsines has a whole programme of home workouts on there which is great! YouTube is also my best friend!

Fiit is amazing spesh for 25min workouts!

YouTube is great for workouts and so is Instagram (quite a lot of fitness accounts post example exercises so I just put them in my saved posts). I also joined Legs, Bums and Bubbas for £4.99 a month (you can pay extra for recipes etc.) and you have access to a member’s facebook group, can cancel any time too. She’s great, really lovely and knows her stuff.

“Grow with Jo” on YouTube is one of my favorites 🥰

I use burpee girl on you tube - great walking workouts!

Caroline Girvan has free youtube series and she’s been a life saver for my back and core post partum. Her workouts range from 20 to 60 mins, are low impact but definitely challenging.

If you need more motivation or commitment than just videos then highly recommend mummyfit (online)

Hey girls, love home workouts, I started by following dumbell workout from home (if you're just beginning) it's a great one as it actually shows you how fast to do it and you can pace yourself properly. Plus you can start at any stage. Now I'm doing a Caroline Girvan one on YouTube, I've done iron, which was great, now I'm on epic 3. She's a machine! Love her. Im sure you will find one right for you, good luck! X

I do the Juice and Toya hiit videos on YouTube x

I do online classes if you want something live, and am in the process of setting up an online platform Happy to chat through what I offer and the benefits pre and post partum :)
