I would say no, as you need to give them a month's notice. Or at least that is our nursery's contract says.

I think you're unlikely to find a nursery with capacity to be able to do this with the free childcare hours coming in, but it wouldn't hurt to call a few and enquire! Or maybe look at a childminders or in my area there's a pay as you go crèche but it's only open certain days of the week.
