Nursery deposit
Hi, did anyone else pay a deposit when their little one started nursery? I paid a £55 registration fee and £230 deposit. I thought this deposit would be taken off her first months invoice but it wasn’t. So do I get the money back when she leaves nursery or is it just an extra registration fee I’m so confused.

If you're paying too much. Make sure it's being taken off the first bill! Registration fee is normal but to register should keep the space!

Most nursery ask for a deposit to keep the place for you. I can't remember for sure but I think it comes of you last months bill when the child leaves the setting but every nursery is different so best off just emailing or ringing them to enquire
