Hey, does anyone know how long it takes for the childcare voucher to get approved?

I think 6 weeks I was just looking it up last night
What kind of voucher is it? I received my HRA voucher within three weeks. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks.
(212) 835-7610 they had this number on the email confirmation it says is their costumer service line.
