can someone help me pls?

i have a son he’s 1y.o. and i’m tryna put him in a day care so i can go to work but it’s too expensive and i can’t afford it. i heard about the texas health benefits that you gotta apply and they can give you a discount for the day care and help you find a job. Can someone tell me how can i apply, where can i go? it’s just me and my baby and my mom. i’m a single mother his dad doesn’t even care about him he doesn’t help me at all
