@Alyssa I used whole fat ingredients too! Including the cheese... it's what I feed my toddler so I used what I had in my fridge. Yesss.. the cottage cheese is what gives it the extra protein! It wasn't as watery After scooping it out onto my plate a couple times. And giving it a bit of a stir helped too
It was just alright though. I could see myself eating this for lunch to keep me full and not end up snacking too much in between meals 👍👍

What are the ingredients? I presume cottage cheese was maybe added for extra protein? I’ve found that in using cottage cheese in recipes, it’s best to blend it and also use whatever brand you see that has the highest fat content to avoid the watery-ness. This looks delicious though!!
