I think we pay $350/mo. for 3 days a week, but we share custody, so the other parents pay the same, which would total $700/mo.

This is really contingent on where you live and how many hours. Most of my city daycare centers average $1000 a week for 40 hours infant care. $25 an hour. If you do a nanny, it’s $27-35 an hour.
Alabama - we pay $125/week for daycare (its a little more for infant care) and $2500/year for pre-k 5 days a week 1/2 days for the school year.

im a nanny, i get paid $300 a week.. its way underpaid imo but i understand how hard it is so i took the job anyway. as for childcare for us, i get to bring my boy with me. and i also do work retail part time twice a week at night - my husband works first shift so we alternate shifts with work and baby.
