postpartum exercise apps/ programs?

Looking to get back into exercise! Pre and during pregnancy i did orange theory and looking to eventually get back there but know i need to start slower. I currently am using the vagina whispers 10 min videos to restrengthen core and pelvic floor but almost at the end and looking for more exercise. curious anyone used ab rehab, every mother, Katie crews program

I used the Whitney Simmons Alive app pregnancy program and will start Begin Again in 2 days!

I’m looking at Alive and Strong Like A Mother/Get Mom Strong right now. I’ve currently got Omo to help with eating better, creating healthy habits/mentality, and losing weight. Then I want to use a workout app to really refine and learn from.

Growwithjo. Low impact and really helped me ramp up. Had my son in Sept of last year. Started with Growwithjo and taking it seriously with added meal prep in April and I am down 20 lbs.

I love Barre3 online, they have post partum specific classes that were a lifesaver for me

@Sae do you use any specific meal prep app?

I love FitOn. They gave a specific category for postpartum.
