First time mum decorating nursery

I’ve just gone 26 weeks all is prepared for my little man just a few bits to do in his nursery but I’ve got everything ☺️

Whenever is best for you. My first was due end of march and mid January I still did not have anything. It is up to you. They will be with you for 6 months anyway. I have few friend who decorated the room and bought furniture once baby was here

Depends on your sleeping plans with baby, I spent months before baby arrived decorating and furnishing the nursery just for it to sit empty for 9 months because I ended up co-sleeping with him. Just do it all at your own pace, you can start now and do it little by little

We have started decorating but not bothered buying a cot - for now we have all the other stuff in there which would take all the space in the house! I just want a changing table with drawers for the clothes and that’s pretty much it - I don’t intent to use the room that much apart from keeping things tidy around the house I just didn’t want to have to « decorate » once baby has arrived so we got wall paper done that’s about it

depends on you completely. i’ve nearly finished actually buying bits for my girls (twins) but nursery wise have done nothing. i’m not sure if i’ll be moving house straight after having them or not so most i will do for now is just putting up a changing table in their room as they will be staying in my room with me anyway for the first few months. it’s just whatever feels right for you
