Moses basket

Very soon our May babies will outgrow their Moses baskets. What you guys are planning to use when the baby is in downstairs or in the living area?

I’ve never had a Moses basket, she either contact naps or I would just put her in bed with the baby monitor on 😊

We’ve used the bassinet from the pram and just placed it on the Moses basket stand!

A bouncer or swing, tend to be on the cheaper side, and you can get more than one for different rooms or move them as they're quite light. Also, I have a rocking cot in my living room, I never used the Moses basket as he was a big baby to begin with.

He naps in the pram in the living room or in his crib in my bedroom with a baby monitor on

We have the electric bouncer/swing and unfortunately she hates it😔

We attached a next2me to the sofa so she sleeps in that (as much as we can actually get her to sleep in it, she is definitely a Velcro baby) during the day

I’m thinking about getting a baby sized futon, looking on google flor ‘baby floor bed’ or ‘baby futon’ I think these should be ok? NOT the baby cushion nests. They’re flat but cushioned. Haven’t bought them yet as i still need to check the lullaby trust for advice

Once he has outgrown just going to use the pram

We use the pram bit of the push chair xx

I've got chicco hug 4 in 1 downstairs it's brilliant x

We have a dog so opted for a next to me type crib downstairs too. We got a ‘you and me’ from Smyths made by Babylo, it was about £50 so felt it was reasonably priced too x https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/baby/cots-cribs-and-bedding/cot-beds-and-bedside-cribs/bedside-cribs/babylo-you-and-me-crib/p/216878

My baby naps in his cot and I have a monitor, we have a dog so have put him in there since birth for most naps xx

We use the pram carry cot on a Moses basket stand too, didn’t bother with a Moses basket as knew it wouldn’t last long. Once she’s 6 months ill put her in her own room for naps with a monitor on or maybe move the next to me into the living room if I’m ready to start putting her in her own room overnight by then. I’d be weary of putting her in another room before then as monitor or not it isn’t recommended as being in the same room as you helps to regulate their breathing and heart rate & helps prevent SIDS

Travel cot or on the floor
