Miscarriage, Ectopic, or too early?
I found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago. Last period was 6/28. I’m supposed to be 6 weeks but there is no sac to see yet in my uterus. They’re saying it’s either that i’m not 6 weeks and i’m earlier than i thought or that it’s ectopic. They did check my fallopian tubes and no baby there either. No signs of miscarriage, has anyone had this happen to them and it was just too early ? i need advice this has never happen to me before.

Sometimes you can't really see anything until 8-9 weeks, the numbers are there maybe try and go back in a couple of weeks

This just recently happened to me I thought I 8 weeks based off my last period but when I went for an ultrasound there was only a gestational sac and yolk sac no baby I had a blighted ovum my very first pregnancy so I was freaked but I went back a week later and there was a baby and heart beat it was just to early the first time
