I’ve been walking, but I was told not to lift anything heavier than my baby for the first 6 weeks. Although I did have a C-section
I was told I could go for walks, bike, and elliptical. Seems everything else is ok just not to do ab workouts (I had a csection)
A few days ago I started doing simple stretches like yoga stretches, cat cow and sitting on the floor stretching my legs and whatnot. nothing heavy or intense but later that day started bleeding again. I had a c section too and am 5 wks postpartum. It wasn't anything alarming just like light bleeding/spotting.
I'm walking occasionally, but not working out. My mom got a prolapse after I was born from doing too much and it caused massive issues until she had a hysterectomy when I was 15. I'm terrified of doing the same.
