It took a good 3 weeks for mine to be accepted, I think they're just inundated at the moment with the new funding starting in September
Yeah I had the same and when I rang them they said their lead time was currently 21 working days! Unfortunately mine wasn't done in time for her first bill but has just gone through for the next month!

I had the same and had to call them - apparently it’s taking at least 10 working days to process applications but if you call they may be able to speed it up
