Free childcare hours
Do the free 15 hours start from 1st September? Also anyone else’s childminder/nursery struggling to set it up? Mine has said the portal she uses for her 3 years olds isn’t accepting my sons code or something 😬

My daughters is from January the nursery have said. No issue with the codes, I gave mine a few months ago and will need to reconfirm in a couple of weeks as we do with the taxfree childcare
Yep, from September. My childminder has the code, and she’s already submitted it ready for the invoice in a few weeks for September.
I gave the code weeks ago and apparently now they need it all again. It's annoying
@Laura yes I applied in may and have just reconfirmed details and it came back fine

Yes they should be starting in September. I haven’t heard anything from our nursery about any issues with inputting the codes. You didn’t apply too early did you? Our nursery told us not to apply before June otherwise we’d need to re-apply before September.
