Can someone please explain how the free childcare hours works?
I’ve received my code for 15 free hours, and I’ve sent it over to my daughter’s nursery. Does the money get sent directly to the nursery? Or does it get sent to me on a specific date each month? My daughter will be starting nursery in September

You’ve done all that you need to at the moment🥰. Just remember to reconfirm your details every 3 months but you will get an email reminder xx

Sorry I don’t know that one. Maybe look online it will be the same across the country so should say somewhere xx

They will just deduct the hours from your invoice - it’s really hard to work out how it’s all calculated etc. as each nursery will be different with how they include the hours x
