Hey, What do you mean by "good" workout? What's your goal and what's your history with exercise? My first question would be how do you feel with running? And is there a reason why it's only run and bike? What is pelvic floors?

@Aurélie so a good workout like not too much pressure goal is to just go for fun a lot of history with exercise I’m pregnant and pelvic floors are a thing to do with your pelvic when pregnant xx

@Rebecca OK! Thanks for clarifying. I'd do something a little more fun and try to incorporate some rest in-between. I see you're 14 weeks so likely feel much better but even at 16 weeks I still appreciate some built in rest 😊 I'd do something abit like 1min run 1min bike 15 overhead press with 2 little weights in each hands (whatever you're comfortable with) or if you want to work just lower body do kettle bell deadlifts. 1min to 90sec rest. 1min run 1min bike 15 squats 1min to 90s rest 1min run 1min bike 15 pelvic floors 1min to 90sec rest X 2 or 3 depending how you feel. If you want to go for longer you could also do the first block for 3min each machine, 2nd block 2min each machine and 3rd block 1min each if that makes sense?

Thank you so much xxx

I'm not a pt btw, I have my level 2 and 3 and I've coached crossfit for a year (been doing crossfit for 6)so that's where my knowledge / experience comes from.

You might find good wods online too, I know hannahoeberg has good stuff and maybe stuff tailored to pregnancy but it's more bodybuilding I believe.
