Prenatal Pilates
Hello, does anyone know of any prenatal pilates classes in/around Newcastle? I live in the tyne valley area but work in town so anywhere close would be great - struggling to find anything!

I know there's prenatal yoga in Hexham (Mondays) as well as aqua natal (Wednesdays). I think there are a few private trainers in the Tyne Valley too but obviously more expensive x
I go to pregnancy Pilates at the yoga station in Whitley bay on a Tuesday evening

I’ve had difficulties finding options and have only found the following: Gosforth Spring Studios - Tuesdays @ 11:30-12:15 (didn’t work for me) Privately with Josie Lucas - I’ve had some sessions with her. She tried to launch a class (word of mouth), but didn’t have enough interest, so she offered 1-2-1 sessions.
